WEB PROJECTS AND digital prototypes
Transcript Tool
A Transcript Tool I created while working for the CRA, using Java HTML and CSS. It takes paragraphs and sentences and adds tags in the beginning and end. This tool was useful because I was given scripts, and had to manually add tags to text. This tool accomplished that for me in half the time.

The methods we chose for evaluation were cognitive walkthrough, think aloud, and questionnaires. We had two participants test the prototype at the same time and say aloud their thoughts in real time as they were testing. As a result, we obtained their initial thoughts on the prototype and their updated thoughts as they learned more about it. After they tested and we recorded their thoughts, the participants filled out a questionnaire giving us more constrained, quantifiable feedback. The goal of obtaining feedback in these ways was to cover all bases of feedback types. Cognitive walkthroughs make it easier to get honest commentary on the experience from participants when they’re testing with another person. The think-aloud gives us real-time feedback on any aspect of the prototype (functionality, appearance, comprehension, etc.). The questionnaires were for collecting feedback from participants with constraints on their answers that allowed us to make them quantitative.

Interactive Story Telling Website ...
Sincerely, Earth is a group capstone project I worked on for my last year in University in which we created a web-based story game using React, HTML, and CSS. The story follows a young girl living in space in the year 2100, who traveled back in time to save the Earth from being destroyed by the consequences of climate change.
